1 This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining defendants demurrers following presentation at trial of plaintiffs case in chief. The journal entry of judgment recites that although "the plaintiffs proof was sufficient for the issue of the negligence of each defendant to be submitted to the jury" they failed to prove the alleged injuries were proximately caused by the acts of negligence of each defendant. That is the only point raised by appellants and discussed by the parties on appeal.
